The Yiros Shop is a modern take on a Greek street-food classic — bold, fresh, and full of energy. Known for its authentic flavours and playful personality, the brand has become a local favourite across Queensland, serving up traditional yiros, fresh salads, and loaded plates with a contemporary edge.

Alkot Studio was engaged to design the new Chermside location, reimagining the fast-casual dining experience through a refined yet approachable lens. The space captures the vibrant spirit of Greece while embracing a cleaner, more architectural aesthetic — natural textures, soft curves, and coastal tones come together to create a relaxed, sun-washed atmosphere.

The result is a venue that feels distinctly The Yiros Shop — casual, inviting, and full of warmth — yet elevated through detail and thoughtful design.
